Digital Footprint & Reputation
Definition
Digital Footprint and Reputation is a record of where you have been in the internet. (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Snapchat, KakaoTalk, Line, Messenger, Pinterest, WhatsApp, YouTube, Snow, Tokopedia, Skype)
Christian Worldview
People can demonstrate a Christian worldview by being respectful about other people’s privacy. In connects to 1 Thessalonians 4:11, “And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;” This verse says that we should mind our own businesses, or we can get into trouble. It is the same online and offline. We also have to be careful of our “footprint” in the internet. Everything we do on the internet is permanent, so we need to be very careful of where we go and what we do.
Positive
3 ways to demonstrate positive digital citizenship is to be careful of what we do, express our thoughts through the internet, and guard our personal information.
Negative
3 ways to demonstrate negative digital citizenship is to leak our information, not being careful of where we go in the internet, and to have a negative impact on anybody.
